We accept Designer & better label women’s clothing, including juniors, petites, jewelry & accessories by appointment. . . Monday through Friday only.
We look for items, size 0-Plus, that are current, like new, in season, dry cleaned or laundered, pressed and on hangers. Clothing must be no more than 2 years old.
We are selective—our reputation depends on it. Do not be offended if we do not take your clothing. Our customer’s wishes must determine our guidelines. If an item is found to be dirty or damaged after closer inspection, you will be called to pick up the item immediately or it will be donated.
Déjà vu does not accept items with odors of any kind. We enforce this rule strictly.
In an effort to save your valuable time and ours, examine your items carefully before you bring them in. Bring only your best items for your first visit. This will save us both the frustration of rejected items that clearly do not meet our criteria.
Your items will remain in the store for 90 days and will be reduced by 20% after 30 days 50% after 60 days. Items may not be picked up early.
You will receive 40% of the selling price.
All unsold items must be picked up at the end of 90 days or they become the property of Déjà vu and will be donated. You will not be called.
Déjà vu staff requires 4 days advance notice if you intend to pick up your expired items. The staff will call you when your pickup is ready. Items may not be picked up on demand.
There will be a onetime service fee of $10.00 to remove your items from inventory.
Checks over $100 are automatically mailed at the end of your contract. Payouts of smaller amounts can be requested by consignor and will be cut the first of the month and mailed. Call to request your check. There is a $1 check fee for ALL checks under $50.00.
